The Marr Team – RE/MAX Prestige takes a different approach to real estate, one that is built on personal touches, win-win deals and positive results. We are a small Property Management company allowing owners to be as involved or not involved as they would like. We charge 80% on the lease listing. 40% goes to us and 40% goes to the agent that brought the tenant and remaining 20% to you. We do all the background checks and then will send over applicant information and background information to you for approval. After that we charge a flat fee of $150 a month to manage for rent up to $1,999, $2,000 to $3,000 the flat fee is $200 a month. We are not a discount Service. We provide full service property management. We collect rent and then we will deposit directly into your bank provided there is a local branch available nearby.
