April 2022 Housing Numbers
The Spring Market is in Full Bloom! We are hopeful as we are beginning to see an increase in inventory over last year (more than 25% in some areas). As inventory increases it will provide relief for buyers not feel so overwhelmed with bidding wars and increasing interest rates. We are all continuing to watch world events and inflation to see the effects to the real estate market, but all the prediction still point to a continued strong market in our area.
