This first 93-acre phase will total about 300,000 square feet of retail space when complete. It is confirmed that developers will build a new Super Walmart with upgraded exterior finishes during this first phase, as seen in the picture above which was taken just today! Blue Star Land, who owns this northeast corner, also owns the other two hard corners of Preston Road and U.S. 380, so we are sure to see more growth in this area.
Prosper is currently the 2nd fastest growing community in North Texas, so with that comes growth not only in residential but also commercial. Prosper residents welcome more retail opportunities closer to home and commercial growth will also help expand the tax base.
