Fudge Pie – December 2017
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
Method
Melt butter and chocolate in pan. In separate bowl, beat eggs well then add sugar. Add chocolate mixture to eggs and sugar, beat well. Add vanilla, salt and nuts. Stir, then pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until crust forms on top.
