November 2021 Housing Numbers

The market remains strong although home prices not increasing at quite the same rate they were before. Interest rates remain low for now, but are predicted to begin increasing over the next year. If you have been waiting on the sidelines it might be time to make your move as homes may currently be the most affordable they will be for a while.
